Malt is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to help execute our internal AI roadmap for H2 2026. You will wire together Dust, n8n, Make, Zapier with Salesforce, Zendesk, BigQuery and Slack to build end-to-end automation.

You will develop adoption dashboards, refine knowledge base segmentation to reduce hallucinations, and contribute to evaluating AI agents for accuracy and coverage. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• University-level education in CS, data, PM or related field.
• Hands-on scripting and wiring workflows (n8n/Make/Zapier).
• Experience with at least one AI framework (OpenAI API, LangChain, Dust, Mistral).
• SQL and data-driven KPI measurement.

Responsabilités

• Support execution of Malt’s internal AI roadmap for H2 2026 and build Dust/n8n/Make/Zapier workflows.
• Build adoption dashboards and refine Knowledge Base segmentation to reduce hallucinations.
• Contribute to designing and building evaluations for internal AI agents (accuracy, hallucination rate, KB coverage).
• Implement reliability patterns on the automation platform and document architecture patterns.
