Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Product Manager on the Studio team to define and execute the product strategy for one of our squads: Workflows, Observability, AI Registry & Spaces, Harness & Agent Platform, APIs & SDKs, and more.

This role aims to help enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions, with a focus on scalable AI tooling and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI products including large language models or machine learning and understanding of technical trade-offs.
• Experience launching and scaling products, particularly in early-stage environments.
• Commitment to solving real user problems, using data and qualitative insights.
• Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority. Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
• Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate unknowns and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product strategy for AI tools, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead market and user research to uncover unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Partner with design and research to create effective user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch products, including pricing and positioning.
• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities and trade-offs.
• Maintain a roadmap that balances short-term results and long-term goals.
