Mistral is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the strategy and shape the future of Studio, our AI builder platform for enterprises. You will define the product vision, align cross-functional teams, and drive annual goals with measurable business impact.

You will lead a growing PM organization, hire and mentor senior PMs, and partner with Engineering, Marketing, and GTM to deliver value at scale. This role requires deep AI/ML fluency and enterprise experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for enterprise AI/ML products.
• Experience leading PM teams and defining roadmaps.
• Experience launching and scaling products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Excellent communication with executives and teams.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Vision - Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy and annual goals for Studio.
• Team leadership - Build the Studio PM organization: hire PMs and stream leads, set the operating cadence, and develop PMs through growth paths.
• Delivery & Execution - Collaborate with engineering leadership on the roadmap to deliver value.
• Drive strategic customer discovery with the PMs under your responsibility.
• Go-to-market - Collaborate with Marketing and GTM on positioning, pricing and adoption strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer journey.
