Kleep, an AI startup, is hiring for a role sitting at the intersection of customer relations, operations, and product. You will keep the premium experience during every product integration, smooth onboarding, testing, validation, and post-launch follow-up.

Located in Paris, you will talk daily with brands, identify friction and work with tech, product and design to resolve it. You will help optimize processes and report on KPIs to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Comfort with data analysis to monitor adoption and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Manage client integrations end to end, onboarding, testing, validation, post-launch follow-up
• Communicate with brands daily and help them use the product, resolve friction with cross-functional teams
• Analyze client adoption, usage rates, AOV uplift, return rates
• Map internal processes and propose improvements for efficiency
• Develop client tracking, dashboards, KPIs, and alerts
• Collaborate with CEO and CTO on scalability priorities
• Coordinate with Sales and Product to feed client insights into the roadmap
