Job summary

Qevlar AI is seeking a proactive presales engineer to join our hybrid sales team. You will partner with account executives to drive technical deal strategy, deliver story-driven demos across SIEM/XDR/EDR, and own POV projects from scoping to production handover.

You will discuss architectures, integrations, and security challenges with CISOs, analysts, and IT leadership. You’ll stay close to product and market trends, translating complex AI security concepts into measurable business value for

Qualifications

2+ years in cybersecurity, SOC or presales for SIEM/XDR/SOAR.
Strong understanding of alert triage, incident response, and SOC workflows.
Experience interacting with enterprise and MSSP environments.
Comfortable running workshops, troubleshooting, POVs and technical sessions.

Responsibilities

Be the technical partner to the sales team and support AEs through the sales cycle.
Shape technical deal strategy and articulate how Qevlar fits into the customer’s SOC.
Run tailored, story-driven demos across SIEM/XDR/EDR, cloud and identity.
Own POV projects from scoping to delivery and handover to production.
Analyze customer architectures and map Qevlar capabilities to workflows.
Address questions on AI explainability, data privacy, deployment models and compliance.
