Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Product, or a technical/data-driven environment.
• You genuinely believe in AI and use it to automate repetitive parts of your job.
• Operate with an ops mindset: monitor, detect, investigate, resolve, prevent.
• Comfortable in a technical environment—tracking, APIs, integrations, and partner with Engineering.
• Analytical and data-driven with dashboards and metrics; identify anomalies and act.
• Strong attention to detail; you spot flaws others miss.
• Clear written and verbal communication; defend decisions with stakeholders.
• Education from a top-tier engineering or business school; international experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse data and build dashboards to monitor transaction tracking and rewards.
• Design processes for merchant setup, cashback rates, and qualifying purchases.
• Solve problems with technology, including AI, internal tools (Retool), and outsourcing if needed.
• Manage outsourced resources: brief, train, and quality-check their work at scale.
• Partner with Product & Engineering for structural fixes and with commercial teams for merchant relations.
