Paradox EN is seeking a Growth Builder to design and analyze growth experiments. In this hands-on role, you'll build funnels, utilize AI, and enhance user conversion rates through effective testing and analysis.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of proven experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, familiar with tools such as GA4 and Webflow. This position offers flexible working hours and the option to work remotely or from our Dubai office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing.
• Portfolio of built and shipped assets.
• Daily use of AI for leverage.

Responsabilités

• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests.
• Create landing pages and automate tracking.
• Identify friction points in the user journey.
