Soda Data is seeking a Finance & AI Automation Intern to run core finance processes and automate manual tasks across three entities and two currencies. You will handle invoicing, month-end reporting, payroll preparation, expenses, and intercompany recharges with built-in checks.

You’ll experiment with Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and the Soda MCP to design and implement solutions, document steps, and support the broader Finance team in Belgium and the US.

Qualifications

• A finance background via degree or coursework.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) and/or automation projects.
• A habit of verifying data and ensuring accuracy in outputs.

Responsabilités

• Run core finance processes: invoicing, month-end, payroll data prep, expense management, intercompany recharges.
• Automate processes with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Build checks, reconciliations, and documentation for automation.
• Document processes so both humans and AI agents can follow them.
• Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis across Belgium and US entities.
