You will explore automating internal processes using generative AI and MCP-exposed APIs, with AWS deployment and monitoring, under guidance from the Enterprise Tooling team.

Work will involve prioritizing use cases with business teams, evaluating feasibility and value, and delivering token-efficient tools that integrate with internal systems.

Qualifications

• Final-year computer engineering student, comfortable with Python and interested in generative AI, cloud technologies, and automation.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to interact with non-technical business stakeholders will be highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize use cases with business teams.
• Assess their technical feasibility and business value.
• Develop token-efficient tools by exposing internal APIs through MCP.
• Industrialize and deploy the selected solutions on AWS.
• Implement monitoring and, where necessary, human validation.
• Measure the benefits achieved in terms of time savings, reliability, and quality.
• Examples of potential use cases: Internal ticket classification, data extraction from documents or emails, quote validation, detection of inconsistencies across systems, error analysis and reporting.
