Soda invites you to join the Finance team as a Finance & AI Automation Intern. You will handle core finance processes across Soda Data NV (Belgium), Soda Data Inc.

(US), and NannyML NV, including invoices, month-end reporting, payroll data, and intercompany recharges in two currencies. Then you will automate workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and smart spreadsheets, with strong checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Finance background or degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) and/or automation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and verification habits.
• Ability to learn GitHub MCP-based integrations and finance systems independently.
• Proactive mindset to identify and automate manual work.

Responsabilités

• Run core finance processes: invoice processing, month-end reporting, payroll data preparation, expense management, intercompany recharges.
• Automate processes using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and smart spreadsheet design.
• Build checks, reconciliations, and controls into automated outputs.
• Document processes for both humans and AI agents to follow.
• Support wider Finance team with reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc projects across entities.
