AdaCore in Paris is seeking a Finance professional to own the monthly close, manage the budget cycle and deliver precise financial reporting. You will act as a proficient NetSuite user and partner with accounting and procurement to track key providers.

You will create and maintain reports with actuals vs budget/forecast, drive data automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual effort, and propose efficiency improvements that boost profitability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial control, audit, or accounting.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and G Suite skills; NetSuite familiarity a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly closing process and budget cycle, ensuring reporting is accurate and on schedule.
• Proficient NetSuite user to ensure data quality feeding reporting and models.
• Collaborate with accounting and procurement to track providers.
• Create and maintain financial reports with variance analysis and data-driven explanations.
• Lead data automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve reliability.
• Leverage accounting data to improve efficiency and profitability by recommending process improvements.
• Contribute to defining objectives and key results for the global Finance and Accounting team.
• Operate with autonomy: identify issues and propose solutions.
