Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping app, seeks a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and run lifecycle programs across in-app, push and email from onboarding to reactivation. You will join the Growth team, partnering with Product, Data and Brand to drive activation and engagement at scale.

With 5+ years in B2C CRM, you’ll be hands-on with Braze/Iterable/Customer.io, use data to shape segmentation and experiments, and apply AI to sharpen personalization and speed up testing cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with Braze, Iterable or Customer.io.
• Data-driven with cohort/funnel analysis and A/B tests.
• Experience using AI to improve CRM workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push and email.
• Own CRM strategy; collaborate with Growth, Product, Data and Brand.
• Onboarding design, activation and activation-driving campaigns.
• Build retention, referrals and cross-channel journeys.
• Lead AI-powered segmentation, copy iteration and QA.
