Mistral.ai is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to build and develop the core platform powering our AI products. You will balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership, guiding projects from design to deployment and growing the team.

You will translate product visions into robust technical solutions, ensure performance and reliability, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Business units to deliver value for developers and users.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams delivering end-to-end software.
• Strong backend experience with Python and web frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cross-functional work.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor an engineering team building core platform components.
• Translate product vision into technical plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure performance, stability, and high code quality across services.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery from design to deployment.
• Plan roadmaps, deadlines, and allocate tasks across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams.
