Mistral.ai is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Product Engineering team in France. You will lead the development of scalable systems powering our AI platform and products, balancing technical contributions with team leadership to deliver reliable solutions for millions of users.

You will work with Product Managers to align engineering work with business objectives, shaping processes and maintaining high engineering standards as the team scales.
