Mistral AI is building a scalable AI platform and products, with a distributed engineering organization across Europe. The Engineering Manager on the Product Engineering team will lead a ten-member group, shape architecture, and ensure reliable delivery to developers and end users.

You will balance technical leadership with people management, partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps with business goals, and drive engineering standards, processes, and high-quality outcomes as the team

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for your team, removing obstacles to execution.
• Own delivery of your team’s roadmap, ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards.
• Partner with Product Managers to define roadmap, scope initiatives, and drive prioritization.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and code reviews, leading by example.
• Define and evolve team processes to maintain clarity as the team scales.
• Challenge engineers to take ownership and increase team resilience through knowledge sharing.
• Hold your team accountable for results and execution.
• Keep the team engaged in product direction.
