Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to join the Services team in Paris. You will design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, partnering with customers to understand goals, governance, and integrations.

You will be hands-on across discovery, workspace architecture, and adoption planning to ensure durable value for clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, plans and architectures.
• Strong consultative discovery skills to map current-state workflows and pain points.
• Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design or automate workflows.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation and enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption and customer value.
• Strong project and engagement management, with scope, timeline and launch readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business, technical, and exec audiences.
• Executive presence and customer judgment to move ambiguous decisions forward.
• Bias toward action and fast learning in AI-native product environments.
• Fluency in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating goals into scalable Notion solutions.
• Design scalable Notion architectures translating workflows, governance needs, integrations and AI use cases.
• Deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers and Developer Platform.
• Create adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches for sustained usage and value.
• Identify patterns across engagements and convert them into templates, reference architectures and run books.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, making tradeoff recommendations and guiding implementation paths.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering and Services leadership to scale successful approaches.
• Develop clear implementation plans and handoff materials aligned to value.
