Job summary

PALO IT is seeking a Senior AI Native Software Engineer in Paris, France. The role blends on-site collaboration with remote flexibility within a hybrid setup, working across Java, .NET, React, Angular, and AI coding assistants as part of the Gen-e²™ delivery framework.

You will design AI-driven architectures, write high-quality code with AI support, and raise the bar on software craftsmanship while ensuring security and performance for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Significant professional software engineering experience across diverse tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI coding assistant.
• Strong prompt engineering and ability to verify AI output.
• Fluency in English and ability to collaborate in international environments.

Responsibilities
