Lever, Inc. in France seeks a Product Engineer to own features end-to-end for an AI-powered platform that converts images and text into 3D models.

You will work directly with the founder to shape the product, balance frontend craftsmanship with backend engineering, and influence the entire user experience from idea to release. You’ll own UI using Next.js and backend with Django/PostgreSQL, while exploring 3D workflows and AI integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping web products.
• Hands-on Next.js frontend and Django + PostgreSQL backend.
• Experience managing servers and Linux environments.
• Strong product sense with attention to UX/UI details.
• Ownership mindset with independent decision making.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Experience with 3D workflows or related tech is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own features from idea to design, implementation and release.
• Build polished UI with Next.js (~60% of role).
• Develop backend with Django and PostgreSQL (~40%).
• Integrate AI model APIs and translate capabilities into product UX.
• Maintain servers and ensure platform reliability with high data volumes.
• Uphold high UX quality, including interactions and animations.
• Learn 3D workflows and contribute to pipelines and formats.
• Proactively suggest new features based on user needs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to boost productivity while preserving quality.
