Nabla, based in Paris, is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer to redefine clinicians’ workflows using LLMs. Join cross-functional squads, own end-to-end features, and ship production-ready AI tooling in a healthcare setting.

You’ll work with Kotlin backend services, integrate OpenAI/Google/Anthropic APIs, and collaborate with product managers to deliver scalable AI features while maintaining high quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing production code and strong software design, testing, and architecture.
• Proficient in backend languages (Java, Kotlin, C++, Go).
• Experience building features using LLM provider APIs; prompting and evaluation.
• Able to turn fuzzy product requirements into working pipelines.
• Passionate about redefining workflows to improve patient care.
• Clear, effective communication.
• Bonus: experience with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Build agentic pipelines: chains of LLM-based agents that collaborate on complex clinical documentation tasks.
• Go beyond ambient scribing to redefine clinicians’ workflows with AI.
• Integrate LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) into production features.
• Design prompts and evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality, iterating quickly.
• Write clean, production-grade code and own features end to end, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers to turn model capabilities into reliable features.
