Nabla, a leading clinical AI company, seeks a Product Manager for the Ambient Speech team. You will own the product strategy and execution for the voice intelligence layer powering Nabla's real-time clinical audio stack, working with ML engineers, software engineers, designers, and clinicians.

You’ll translate clinician needs into opportunities, define success metrics, and drive experiments that improve transcription accuracy, latency, and reliability while ensuring a seamless clinician

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, ideally building technical or workflow-critical products.
• Experience building products powered by machine learning models or working closely with ML teams.
• Strong product judgment to identify high-value user problems and ship meaningful improvements.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and discussing technical systems, APIs, latency, and instrumentation.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into user value, requirements, and prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and data interpretation.
• User-obsessed mindset with empathy for clinicians in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with incomplete information and high ownership.
• Bonus: experience with voice AI, speech recognition, multilingual products, or healthcare software.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla's ambient speech and voice intelligence capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of how clinicians use Nabla in real patient encounters, including audio quality and transcription accuracy impacts.
• Translate clinician needs and business priorities into clear product opportunities, requirements, and success metrics for the speech squad.
• Partner with ML engineers to define high-impact improvements across speech recognition, diarization, language detection, and real-time processing.
• Make thoughtful product trade-offs between accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and time to market.
• Define and monitor product quality metrics linking speech performance to clinician outcomes.
• Lead discovery with clinicians and stakeholders to identify unmet needs across languages and care settings.
• Design experiments and launch plans that validate capabilities quickly while preserving core experience quality.
• Work with Design to create intuitive experiences for sophisticated speech tech.
• Collaborate with platform, privacy, security, and other teams to integrate ambient speech into note generation and workflows.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, GTM, and leadership on priorities and risks.
• Establish a feedback loop from production usage to roadmap.
