Diametral in Paris seeks a Business Manager at the start of their career to own a small perimeter: open accounts, recruit consultants, and deliver results from day one. You will drive Data, AI, and technology transformation initiatives, build proposals, and secure opportunities.

You will craft a scalable client portfolio, ensure delivery quality, and foster long-term relationships while developing leadership capabilities. This role offers real ownership and a fast growth path.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, tech, or recruitment.
• Genuine commercial drive with resilience and persistence.
• Strong analytical and structuring abilities with comfort around numbers and P&L logic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to manage several subjects in parallel and deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Open and grow your client portfolio on Data, AI, and technology transformation topics.
• Identify target accounts, reach decision-makers, and create commercial opportunities.
• Build proposals, negotiate, and close.
• Source, assess, and convince high-caliber consultant profiles for your perimeter.
• Track revenue, margin, and growth; defend your quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain client satisfaction and extend footprint account by account.
