Cognite is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through value realisation in Paris. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver transformational outcomes across assets-intensive industries.

The role demands ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes, with strong collaboration across Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams. Travel up to 25% and fluent French are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years delivering complex software or enterprise tech projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder industrial transformation programs.
• Technical fluency with APIs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and integrations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including forecasting and profitability.
• Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, or Life Sciences.
• Experience with Agile and governance frameworks (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and fluent in French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to value realisation.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and run steering committees.
• Identify risks and changes, maintain governance and transparency.
• Support adoption through change management and training.
• Contribute to delivery practice improvements via PMO playbooks.
