MARSO Robotics is seeking an AI Engineer to own the full lifecycle of embedded AI models for the Marso robot, from data quality and training to production reliability and tooling that speeds up development-to-deployment.

You will contribute to developing, training, and evaluating models, ensure reliability across PoCs, field tests and production, and build data pipelines and internal tools to monitor model performance.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, ideally with an embedded or robotics component.
• Strong command of Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience deploying models to production, including under hardware constraints (edge, quantization, optimization).
• Solid understanding of data pipelines: collection, cleaning, labeling, and quality measurement.
• Rigorous and autonomous, and you enjoy testing in real-world conditions, not just in simulation.
• Nice to have: experience with mobile robotics, ROS/ROS2, computer vision, or sensors (lidar, cameras, IMU).

Chez Marso, en tant qu'AI Engineer, vous prendrez en charge le cycle complet des modèles d'IA embarqués du robot : qualité de la donnée, entraînement, fiabilité en production et outillage pour accélérer le passage du développement à la mise en service.

Missions

• Participer au développement, à l'entraînement et à l'évaluation de modèles embarqués pour le pilotage du robot Marso.

• Garantir la fiabilité des modèles lors des déploiements : PoC, tests terrain et, plus généralement, mise en production.

• Participer à la définition et à l'évaluation de la qualité de la donnée.

• Automatiser l'extraction de datasets pour l'entraînement des modèles.

• Réduire le time-to-value entre le développement des modèles d'IA et leur mise en production.

• Développer des outils internes de visualisation et de debugging des performances des données et des modèles.

Profil

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie IA/ML, idéalement avec une composante embarquée ou robotique.

• Maîtrise de Python et des frameworks de deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow ou équivalent).

• Expérience concrète du déploiement de modèles en production, y compris sous contraintes hardware (edge, quantization, optimisation).

• Bonne compréhension des pipelines de données : collecte, nettoyage, labellisation, mesure de qualité.

• Rigueur, autonomie et goût pour le test en conditions réelles, au-delà du travail en simulation.

• Un plus : expérience en robotique mobile, ROS/ROS2, vision par ordinateur, ou capteurs (lidar, caméras, IMU).
