Marso Robotics is seeking an AI Engineer to own the full lifecycle of embedded AI models for the Marso robot. You will shape data quality, training, validation, and tooling to accelerate from development to production.

You will deploy models under hardware constraints, contribute to data pipelines, and build internal tools for visualization and debugging performance. French/English communication encouraged in a diverse team.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience, ideally with embedded/robotics
• Strong Python and deep learning framework experience (PyTorch/TF)
• Hands-on deployment of models in production under hardware constraints (edge, quantization, optimization)
• Solid understanding of data pipelines: collection, cleaning, labeling, quality measurement
• Rigorous and autonomous, with real-world testing mindset
• Nice to have: mobile robotics, ROS/ROS2, CV or sensors (lidar, cameras, IMU)

Mansioni

• Own the development, training, and evaluation of embedded AI models for robot control
• Ensure model reliability across PoCs, field tests, and production rollout
• Define and assess data quality
• Automate dataset extraction for model training
• Reduce time-to-value between AI model development and production deployment
• Build internal tools to visualize and debug data and model performance
