Amadeus is seeking an AI Efficiency Lead for AI Enablement in Dev & QA within the Digital Services. You will partner with teams to evaluate AI tools, drive adoption, and translate AI assets into practical delivery outcomes across the service train while maintaining central accountability for quality and strategy.

Ideal candidates have software engineering or QA experience with GenAI tools, knowledge of SAFe, and the ability to coach distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, development, or QA with AI tooling.
• Understanding of AI tooling ecosystems, agents, copilots, and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe in digital delivery environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI adoption roadmap across Dev and QA within the Service Train.
• Evaluate, select, and standardize AI tools with usage guidelines.
• Provide hands-on enablement sessions and practical guidance to teams.
• Identify adoption challenges and collaborate with transformation teams to resolve them.
• Measure productivity and quality outcomes from AI-enabled practices and ensure responsible use.
