Raison seeks an Enablement Lead to embed within corporate customers and design partners, driving AI-based learning that integrates into real tasks. You will champion field research, synthesize insights, and shape product-enabled training that transfers skills across teams.

You will partner with AI product engineers, pilot end-to-end initiatives, and measure impact by adoption, time saved, and mastery progression. This is a hands-on, on-site role with equity potential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years across L&D, instructional/learning design, enablement, field engineering, or UX research.
• You are a genuine AI power-user who builds with AI daily.
• Hands-on, on-site role with the people and in real work contexts.
• Skilled researcher who designs studies, runs them, and derives clear direction.
• Taste to distinguish valuable reusable skills from prompts.
• Strong ownership, organization, and outcome focus.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Portfolio showing craft and thinking; work on complex multi-user products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Embed inside Raison corporate customers and design partners to measurably improve people with AI.
• Identify AI champions, capture workflows and prompts, and turn them into reusable skills.
• Design and run enablement that helps the 90% become AI-enabled in real tasks, with proper nudges and training modules.
• Own pilots end-to-end and measure proof through reuse rates, time saved, and mastery progression.
• Collaborate with AI product engineers to ship learnings as features and test them in pilots.
• Contribute to hyper-personalized AI training offers built on customer insights.
