SCOR in Paris is seeking a Workforce AI Enablement Specialist to translate emerging AI technologies into practical opportunities for the business. You will monitor market trends, identify use cases, and support onboarding of AI solutions from assessment through adoption readiness, collaborating with the Head of Workforce AI Delivery.

The role focuses on helping employees adopt AI responsibly, developing guidance, training content, coaching sessions, and awareness programs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in Tech or AI / ML Engineering.
• Deep adoption of AI technologies (GenAI coding assistant, agent design).
• Experience in training / coaching on AI subjects.
• Translate enterprise AI strategy into practical AI solutions.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and agentic AI concepts.
• Ability to assess AI tools from business, security and risk angles.
• Understanding of a global reinsurance company is a plus.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to mobilize communities to drive adoption.
• Design and deliver training for varying maturity levels.

Responsabilités

• Monitor AI market trends and identify opportunities.
• Assess new AI solutions for relevance, usability, risks and benefits.
• Support onboarding from evaluation to deployment readiness.
• Identify user needs and adoption barriers.
• Develop rollout and change management recommendations.
• Act as primary contact for AI solution users.
• Provide guidance on best practices, prompting and agentic use.
• Promote responsible and compliant AI usage.
• Design and deliver AI awareness and coaching programs.
• Create learning materials for different user groups.
• Report updates on AI capabilities to stakeholders.
