United States Digital Space LLC in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Technical Strategist with a strong hands-on engineering background to lead the design of complex systems and guide AI-assisted delivery pipelines.

You will work with our Chief Technologist and Engineering Principal to align client platforms with the technical strategy, champion the architecture, and drive ongoing improvements in a hybrid, in-office role based in Auckland.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing multi-tier and distributed applications.
• Agentic-first: proficient with AI to prototype and direct an AI-assisted delivery pipeline.
• Strong communicator and presenter to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with React UIs and services written in C#; familiarity with TS/Java/Go/Rust.

Responsabilités

• Author, review and communicate solution architecture with development teams.
• Champion technical strategy and align designs with vision.
• Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and explain designs.
• Serve as go-to technical expert for client solutions and prerequisite facilitation.
• Develop strategies for quality, security, reliability, and performance.
• Evolve codebase from C# to Rust and support AI-driven tooling.
