Parallel is building AI agents to help hospitals automate coding workflows and reduce manual admin. We are a small, fast-moving team with live deployments in hospitals and ambitious plans to scale.

As Ops you will own onboarding for 30+ clients, build scalable CS processes, and translate field insights to product priorities, working closely with Clémentine, Operations Manager, to support hospital clients and internal coders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting firm, or project management role.
• You've managed client relationships directly — and you're comfortable being the face of a company
• You thrive when there's no playbook yet and see that as an opportunity, not a problem

Responsabilités

• Own the onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients (hospitals and internal coders), ensuring smooth adoption and top-tier support
• Build and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations
• Act as the key link between clients and our Product & Tech teams — translating field insights into actionable priorities
