Job summary

Aircall, a Paris-based unicorn and AI-powered customer communications platform, is looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern to support the go-to-market strategy for AI Voice Agent. You’ll collaborate with a PMM and partner with Product, Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth teams to translate product capabilities into customer value.

Based in our Paris office, the 6‑month internship offers hands-on experience launching AI features, creating messaging, enablement, and adoption

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top school.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Data-driven and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
Genuinely curious about AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools.

Responsibilities

Support feature launches for AI Voice Agent, including planning and asset coordination.
Create and maintain launch materials such as messaging briefs and release notes.
Equip Sales and CS with clear messaging, collateral and enablement materials.
Assist onboarding and adoption initiatives, including in-app messaging and campaigns.
Gather feedback to identify friction points and inform improvements.
Conduct lightweight competitive and market research and synthesize insights.
Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and analysis; propose ideas.
Collaborate with PMM and wider team to execute daily PMM priorities.
