Acolad centralizes all its outreach campaigns within the Growth team: an AI-powered outbound engine that generates pipeline across six European markets for all group products and priority verticals.

As Growth Operations, you will manage day-to-day outreach by preparing everything campaigns need (targeting, data, content, tools) and analyzing campaign performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Growth, Marketing Operations, or a similar field.
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong tool proficiency and data exports, with AI tools integrated in daily workflow.

Responsabilités

• Content & Campaigns: Write and adapt campaign emails by ICP, persona, and language based on approved messaging angles.
• Data: Validate and enrich email databases; source target accounts; maintain CRM data quality.
• Tools Management: Administer Lemlist, manage deliverability, define sending volumes and pacing; maintain integrations.
• Coordination & Reporting: Gather requirements from Heads of Sales; produce performance reviews and weekly pipeline reports; document processes.
