Acolad, a global leader in content and language solutions, is expanding its Growth Operations team. You will manage day-to-day outreach campaigns, target ICPs and languages, and analyze performance to drive pipeline across six European markets.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Growth, Marketing Operations, or similar.
• Motivation and learning agility valued over experience.
• Strong tool proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and data exports.
• Fluent French and English required; additional European language aplus.
• Autonomous, organized, and process-oriented; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Write and adapt campaign emails by ICP, persona and language.
• Help define ICPs and personas by product and industry.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and propose optimizations.
• Ensure email database quality: validation, deduplication, enrichment.
• Source target accounts via SimilarWeb exports and Salesforce extractions.
• Maintain high CRM data quality across systems.
