Job summary

Finary SAS is hiring a Growth Intern in Paris for a 6-month on-site role starting January 2027. You’ll execute growth across channels, build data dashboards, and automate workflows using AI to accelerate impact.

Expect ownership from week one, fast-paced projects, and collaboration with a high-skill team focused on converting users into paying subscribers and driving brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• AI-first mindset: uses AI daily to solve problems and accelerate work.
• High agency: acts without waiting for permission and drives tasks to completion.
• Analytical rigor: structures problems, defines metrics, extracts clear insights from data.
• Strong written communication in French and English.
• Genuine interest in personal finance and Finary's mission.
• Nice to have: Python or no-code automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier).

Responsibilities

• Growth execution: Create and manage content across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok).
• Support SEO and website work: blog articles, optimization, keyword research.
• Build and optimize CRM campaigns to convert free users into subscribers.
• Assist on paid marketing: campaign setup, monitoring, optimization.
• Support Finary One lead generation, partnerships, PR and brand initiatives.
• Data & automation: Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance across channels.
• Design and implement automations to remove repetitive marketing/data workflows.
• Leverage AI tools extensively: agents, workflows, analysis and reporting.
