Job summary

Paradox is seeking a hands-on Growth builder to design, execute, and optimize experiments that drive scalable user growth. You will ship landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted assets to move metrics, not just ideas.

Fluency in both French and English is required, and you’ll collaborate across product, design, and engineering in a remote/global setting. You’ll leverage AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed while maintaining a data-driven approach

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in growth or marketing roles.
• Hands-on builder who ships experiments.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on builder inside the Growth team, shipping experiments.
• Design, launch and analyze CRO and A/B tests (headlines, offers, pricing).
• Build funnels and assets (landing pages, automations, AI assets).
