Streem Energy is building a next‑generation SaaS platform to help renewable energy asset managers optimize data and contracts. As a Customer Operations Manager, you'll support clients from deployment through day‑to‑day use, tailoring Streem's tools to their needs and resolving issues with practical, data‑driven solutions.

You will collaborate with Product and Tech teams, use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, monitor data quality, and help customers adopt new features.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients from deployment to day-to-day use and adapt to regulation changes.
• Investigate customer issues and implement practical solutions, using automation and AI where helpful.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate with Tech/Product to resolve anomalies.
• Configure and improve data models and services to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as meter operators and energy suppliers.
• Develop a solid understanding of each client's objectives and KPIs.
• Share feedback with Product/Tech to improve Streem's service.
• Help clients adopt new features and leverage Streem’s solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal operations and test AI-powered tools.
