Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist within the Agent Builder offering. The role drives deployment of agentic AI solutions from vision to production, partnering with senior business sponsors, engineers and technology partners. You will translate strategic goals into actionable use cases and scalable deployments.

Ideal candidates combine consulting/tech experience, strong AI knowledge, and executive communication skills to deliver measurable impact across a global group.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in a client-facing strategic/technical role in consulting or tech solutions
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI (LLMs, agents)
• Hands-on experience building AI applications (Python or similar)
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex problems into actionable plans
• Executive presence and senior stakeholder influencing capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and quantify value
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and oversee pilots to production
• Track adoption and value KPIs, report progress to sponsors
• Collaborate across business lines, product teams, data, and security to industrialize Agent Builder offerings
