Job summary

CMA CGM in Marseille is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build and operate agentic AI solutions within the Group Data Department and the Agentic Factory. You will work across Python/TypeScript, CI/CD, AWS, and LLM orchestration to scale AI at Group level.

Based in Marseille, you will collaborate with engineering and design teams, implement LLMOps, ensure security and compliance, and ship production-grade AI tools for the CMA CGM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of software development and/or DevOps experience, incl. production AI delivery.
• Autonomous, delivery-minded and able to handle fast-moving topics.
• Team player with product and UX sensitivity.
• Strong frontend with React/TypeScript; backend with Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience with LLM APIs (Mistral, OpenAI, Anthropic).
• AWS, Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• LLMOps, observability tools (logs, tracing, evaluation, cost).
• Git and collaborative development practices; excellent English communication.
• Experience within CMA CGM ecosystem is a plus.
• Mastery of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI solutions (agents, RAG pipelines, tools and connectors).
• Deliver vibe-coded apps with AI coding agents and CI/CD, testing, security.
• Define and improve the coding agent harness.
• Implement core agent components: orchestration, state management, memory.
• Build with Python and TypeScript; use LangChain/LangGraph; integrate LLM providers.
• Contribute reusable blocks to CMA CGM AI platform.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
• Containerize and deploy on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage environments and Infrastructure as Code.
• Apply security/compliance standards.
• LLMOps: observability, tracing, cost monitoring.
• Monitor reliability, performance, and costs of deployments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Document architectures and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design Studio teams; share knowledge.
