THE ROLE

As an AI Deployment Strategist within the Agent Builder offering, you will drive the deployment of the Group’s agentic AI solutions, working with business leaders from strategic vision to production implementation. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation and hands‑on deployment. You will partner with senior business sponsors across business lines and corporate functions to design, frame and qualify use cases, and to steer them to production hand‑in‑hand with forward‑deployed engineers (FDEs), product teams and technology partners. You are neither a salesperson nor a pure developer: you are the strategist who makes sure agentic AI creates measurable impact for the Group’s businesses. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Strategic discovery & vision setting

• Lead executive‑level workshops with business lines and corporate functions to identify challenges and opportunities where agentic AI drives step‑change improvements.
• Co‑create AI adoption roadmaps, articulating the “art of the possible” and a clear path to value.
• Build business cases and quantify value; prepare qualification, committee and project‑gate decisions; prioritize the Agent Builder use‑case portfolio.

AI solution design & deployment

• Architect end‑to‑end agent solutions on the Group’s platforms (Maia, Mistral AI Studio, Copilot Studio), integrating them into business workflows, systems and data.
• Steer pilots and deployments in close collaboration with forward‑deployed engineers (FDEs), the Agentic Factory, product teams and technology partners (Mistral, Microsoft), ensuring scalability and impact.
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s delivery framework, data governance and DPO requirements.
• Own the transition from pilot to production: deployment plan, change management, handover to run and support teams.

Value realization & adoption

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business sponsors, guiding their agentic AI strategy and maximizing the value of deployed solutions.
• Track adoption and value KPIs, and report progress to executive sponsors and governance bodies.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful pilots across the Group’s entities, countries and business lines.

Cross‑functional collaboration & offer industrialization

• Act as the bridge between business teams, forward‑deployed engineers (FDEs), product, architecture, data, cybersecurity and technology partners.
• Synthesize field feedback to shape internal product roadmaps and partner requests.
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks and solution patterns to industrialize the Agent Builder offering and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing strategic and technical role within a consulting firm (strategy, transformation, data or AI) or a technology solution provider (value engineering, forward‑deployed engineering).
• A degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a business school with a strong analytical dimension).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI (LLMs, agents, RAG), with the credibility to advise both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience building AI applications (Python or similar).
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C‑level).
• Resilient, results‑driven and comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international environment.

A plus

• Experience deploying AI agents in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
• Change management and large‑scale adoption experience; exposure to multi‑partner ecosystems (vendors, start‑ups, integrators).
