You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and delivery, ensuring timely, scoped implementations and measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, implementation, or technical consulting in the Enterprise B2B sector.
• Graduate degree in business organisation or strategy; CS/Engineering certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead client implementation journeys from IT integration to field adoption.
• Serve as the Technical Translator between customers and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with solution architects, sales, product, and delivery to ensure successful deployments.
• Manage IT integrations and ensure seamless software deployment.
• Drive continuous improvements based on client feedback.
