Accor Tech & Digital in Issy-les-Moulineaux seeks a Senior AI Product Leader to bridge business needs and AI delivery. You will own the AI product roadmap, partner with data science, engineering and commercial teams, and drive adoption and measurable value across hospitality operations and guest experiences.

Lead internal and external squads, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure GDPR/Responsible AI guardrails. Remote work several days per week from France is available in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering/Data/CS or related field with strong tech/data grounding.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Consulting or AI delivery with end-to-end AI product shipped.
• Hospitality, travel or retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business sponsors to define AI use cases and KPIs.
• Own product vision, roadmaps, and backlog for AI products.
• Lead squads of data scientists and AI engineers to deliver with quality.
• Drive adoption, measure ROI and value.
• Manage external vendor relationships and budgets.
• Ensure GDPR and Responsible AI guardrails are applied.
