Mistral AI is seeking an exceptional technical program manager to drive human data operations for model development, from eval to training, closing gaps between real-world use cases and model capabilities.

You will partner with science and product teams to assemble datasets, manage contractor teams, and track progress with dashboards, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality data annotation and ingestion.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing technical programs in a research or data related field.
• Operations: Strong understanding of contractor / vendor management and data collection operations
• Analytics: Proficiency in Python (SQL appreciated too)
• Other skills: Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Partner with science/product teams to build datasets for model capabilities and behaviors
• Manage contractor teams and vendor relationships for data collection campaigns
• Oversee collection campaigns and build dashboards for throughput, budget, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risks are anticipated and data needs are met
