Mistral is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and scale human data annotation operations for the Code team. You will work closely with researchers to define data strategies and drive end-to-end campaigns that accelerate research at Mistral AI.

In this role, you will coordinate with product, engineering, and annotation teams, ensuring high-quality data through rigorous QA processes and proactive improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and technical program management.
• Strong Python skills and ability to design data strategies with researchers.
• Excellent PM skills, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Partner with code research teams to develop data strategies and translate research needs into actionable annotation campaigns.
• Drive human data annotation campaigns from scoping to delivery within budget and timelines.
• Manage a data quality assurance team and implement scalable quality control processes with automated and manual checks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with annotation teams, vendors, and contractors across sourcing, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
