the company in Paris is seeking a Senior TPM to lead high-stakes, multi-workstream programs, guiding data and AI initiatives to business impact. You will drive complex engagements that scale customer success and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, championing standards and an enterprise mindset to deliver transformational outcomes for clients in the region.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
• Technical fluency with AI-enabled tools and platforms.
• Senior leadership skills to influence CxOs.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects and budgets > $0.5M.

Responsabilités

• Architecting standards and governance across multiple TPMs in the region.
• Lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Manage change for large-scale digital transformations and Lakehouse adoption.
• Document best practices and run internal training for the Professional Services team.
