Mistral is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and scale human data annotation operations for our Code team in Paris. You will collaborate with researchers to define data strategies and drive campaigns that connect research, product, and engineering. This role accelerates AI research at Mistral AI.

You will manage data quality processes, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and oversee multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience blending software engineering and technical program management.
• Strong Python foundation.
• Excellent PM skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Great communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience leading a team with a low-ego, collaborative mindset.
• Hands-on, adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Partner with code research to translate research needs into data annotation campaigns.
• Drive data annotation campaigns from scoping to delivery, balancing data, budget, and timelines.
• Manage a data quality assurance team and implement scalable QC processes.
• Maintain relationships with annotation teams, vendors, and contractors across phases.
