Mistral AI seeks a technical program manager to lead human data operations for model development, from evaluation to training, bridging real-world use cases with model capabilities.

You will partner with science and product teams to design datasets, manage contractor teams and vendors, and track campaigns with dashboards for throughput, budget, and quality. Strong PM and stakeholder skills are essential, with enthusiasm for AI research.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing technical programs in a research or data-related field.
• Proficiency in Python (SQL appreciated).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Partner with science/product teams to build datasets for model capabilities.
• Manage contractor teams and vendor relationships to support data collection campaigns.
• Oversee collection campaigns with dashboards for throughput, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate risks and ensure data needs are met and tooling is in place for data delivery.
