Goodrecruiter seeks an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and scale production-ready AI systems across Europe, combining engineering excellence with business strategy.

You will lead end-to-end AI solutions, collaborate with consulting teams, and work on RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning in production environments. Fluency in English and local languages is required, with Paris, Madrid, Munich, and Milan as the operating hubs.

YourResponsibilities

Candidatesfrom tech scale-ups, industry leaders, or innovation labs are alsowelcome

You have hands-onexperience designing and deploying LLM systems in production (RAG,agents, embeddings, fine-tuning) beyond simple API integrations. Youhave built and operated AI systems in production, includingmonitoring, model lifecycle management, and scalable backendarchitecture. You are comfortable translating business problems intoAI architectures and communicating technical trade-offs tonon-technical stakeholders.

LanguageRequirements

Professionalfluency in English is required

Fluency inthe local office language is mandatory for office integration andclient interactions: French (Paris), German (Munich), Spanish(Madrid), Italian (Milan)
