A dynamic startup specializing in conversational AI is seeking a professional to engage customers, streamline the delivery of custom conversational agents, and manage workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, customer-centric focus, and proficiency in English plus another language. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment in the heart of Île-de-France, with the possibility of a full-time contract after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-centric and able to onboard clients effectively.
• Expected to streamline delivery of custom-designed conversational agents.
• Ability to manage multiple conversation workflows and data tagging.
• Manage data tagging operations.
• Handle millions of conversations per month across 100+ customers.

We are working with customers like Glovo, Bouygues and cool scale ups.

In collaboration with the customer success team, transcribe business needs into agent conversational backbone and build AI agents using our no code platform and with coordination with the Dev team to relay product needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding of customers to understand use case and business needs
2. Streamline state of the art custom-designed conversational agents' delivery to customers.
3. Operate human/AI workflows of our AI generation factory.
4. Manage data tagging operations
5. Operate millions of conversation per month , 100+ customers

Key skills:

1. Customer-centric
2. Languages: English + 1 or 2 of these languages (French, German, Italian)
3. Tech interest and capacity to understand high-level workflows
4. Super hero of organisation and project management
5. Experience of running production system / delivery for fast-growing company
6. Serious opportunity of full time contract after 6 months
