Ayvens is seeking an Experienced AI Adoption Lead to accelerate AI adoption across the organization, driving training, enablement, and change initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance. The role bridges business and technology, managing the AI demand pipeline and leading initiatives from idea to realized value.

You will lead adoption programs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure structured delivery, with a focus on impactful, scalable AI solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, CS, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and change-management skills.
• Experience bridging business and technology and leading AI initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate AI adoption initiatives, including trainings and change programs.
• Ensure AI projects comply with governance and compliance standards.
• Own the AI demand pipeline, collect business cases and track progress.
• Coordinate across business, IT, risk, legal, and leadership to align AI initiatives.
• Drive communication and visibility across countries and functions.
• Monitor delivery at scale and accelerate go-live timelines.
