Job summary

Ayvens seeks an experienced AI delivery lead to turn prioritized AI opportunities into production‑ready solutions and measurable business outcomes. You will combine project delivery with practical AI and data expertise to guide cross‑functional teams from business case through go‑live and value realization.

You will own delivery plans, manage dependencies, risks and governance, and align stakeholders across products, data science, IT, security and legal in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven record delivering AI/digital initiatives from discovery to production.
• Experience turning AI opportunities into production‑ready solutions with measurable business value.
• Ability to lead without direct authority in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AI use case delivery from qualification to go‑live and value tracking.
• Own integrated delivery plans, budget follow‑up, risks and decisions.
• Apply practical AI knowledge to assess feasibility and data/operational constraints.
• Translate business needs into structured use cases with measurable success criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and governance validations.
