SCOR Group is seeking a Workforce AI Enablement Specialist to translate emerging AI technologies into practical opportunities across the business. You will monitor AI trends, identify innovations, assess solutions, and support onboarding from evaluation through adoption readiness.

A major focus is guiding employees and teams through AI adoption with tailored training, coaching, and enablement content. You will report to the Head of Workforce AI Delivery, align activities with SCOR’s AI roadmap

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in Tech or AI / ML Engineering.
• Deep adoption of AI technologies (GenAI coding assistant, agent design).
• Proven experience in training / coaching on AI subjects.
• Ability to translate enterprise AI strategy into practical AI solution landscape.

Responsabilités

• Monitor AI market trends and identify opportunities for new AI use cases and partnerships.
• Assess new AI solutions for relevance, usability, risks and benefits.
• Deliver AI awareness, coaching programs and training materials for diverse user groups.
• Promote responsible and compliant AI usage and support change management.
